Origin Story

Genesis 1 is not merely the story of how the world began. It is the declaration that behind everything we see stands a God who spoke, and it was so. Out of nothing, God created everything. The stars, the oceans, the mountains, the birds of the air, and the creatures of the sea all exist because the Creator willed them into existence. Creation points beyond itself.
