Intercession - Hebrews 4:14-5:10

Hebrews shows us that Jesus is the Great High Priest. Aaron, the first high priest of Israel, entered an earthly Holy of Holies. Jesus has passed through the heavens. Aaron stood before God temporarily. Jesus sits at the right hand of God permanently.  Aaron offered the blood of another sacrifice. Jesus offered Himself. Aaron could represent the people before God, but Aaron was also a sinner himself. Jesus is the sinless Son of God who gave Himself for us. So that gives us an incredible invitation.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      When we're hurting: Cry out to Jesus. 

When we're overwhelmed: Cry out to Jesus. 

When you're tempted: Cry out to Jesus. 

When you don't know what to say: Cry out to Jesus. 

When you feel helpless: Cry out to Jesus.
